I have the installer, and when I double click, it displays an error: "the application could not be installed beccause the AIR file is damaged". Is this an AIR bug?

well there could be many reasons for that. an air file is just a zip file and those things get damaged pretty often. plus since the installer requires several files inside this zip folder it has the possibility of getting damaged even more often. and of course there is the beta SDK/runtime problem.
now it could be that the file is just damage, it could be that it doesnt have the necessary files inside the air installer file, or it could be that it was made with an AIR beta sdk and you are not running the beta runtime. all these require that you request a new installer or version from the programmer. if you are the programmer, then you need to download the most recent AIR SDK and update your code (if you are using a beta SDK), and recompile the installer (make sure to include all files that you will use).
