Change MC change size...simulate an open window efect

Hello,

on my web site i have a MC composed by a rectangle and an outline. This MC is a window where content will be loaded. I want to find a nice and cool way to open this window.

My idea was to change the size of this MC from a small size to the size i want the window to be in an ELASTIC WAY. Does anyone knows how to do this?

P.S: If you know any nice ways of opening windows or sites just let me know...i am looking to make something nice of this and until now the elastic scale was the only thing i could come off.
