Default Kiosk Mode in AIR

Hi,
I am building an app in AIR that I would like to use as a kiosk. Is there a way to do this natively in air (blocking ctrl-alt-delete, etc)
or, can I create the kiosk app from my air app using director?

Thanks
Jason
