Default Stretching a Loader component

The Loader component can be set to scale the content, which resizes the content so that it all fits. It keeps the same aspect ratio.
Is there a way to make the Loader component stretch (or compress) the x and y dimensions so that they fully fill the Loader?

I have tried resizing the Loader component with no avail.
Does anyone know a way to do this - if it is possible?

Thanks in advance.
