Help with an Animated Tile Container

[flexbeginner]

I'm using a tile container to display a number of panels. Is there anyway to easily animate (possibly using the move effect) the tiles when resizing the browser or increasing/decreasing the size of the panels?? i cant seem to find a quick solution anywhere apart from similar components that are already written which seem a bit over complicated for what i'm trying to achieve.
