eclipse compile problem

I am not sure where to put this question so i am going for the general forum...

i want to compile my as2 project in eclipse, using mtasc, which worked fine before i had to set up a new machine, and now i am getting this permission error:
Cannot run program "C:\Program Files\eclipse\mtasc": CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied

although i set ownership to this folder for me and changed the system permissions to read and execute, so does anyone have an idea what to do to get access to the mtasc file via eclipse on windows vista?

I've had so many problems with user rights in Vista (probably because I don't know enough about the subject and have no intent of changing that in the near future) that I just went ahead and disabled UAC (User Account Control) off.
If nothing else helps, that will.

nah done that long ago, must be a more specfic problem....damn vista

does anyone know how ant tries to access this files? I assume as "system"?

Hoi irgendeine ,

maybee your jre is out of date or ant isnt installed correctly.
I am using Eclipse Europa with FDT 3.0 Plugin and i dont have any problems .
It just worked out of the box ??
