XML Photo galleries

I have done two XML Photo galleries , they are coded in as 3.0, the sources are available.

How is it possible to load this gallery into an existing flash document. Copy pasting it in does not work

Great gallery, I have one question though.
Is is possible to replace the back and forward button to thumbs of the next and prev image instead?
