Default [AS2] Splitting Image in Flash(xml based)

Hi,
This is Saqib Agha from Pakistan.

I want to build a game. That will take an image and will split it into pieces. Than on mouse over on each piece, it will turn over and show a part from the picture so a player will guess whose picture is this..

So for this i want to know that how flash can split the image we pass it from an Xml or from a path of any directory or url. I want to split the image in pieces with equal length and width.

Please help me ASAP as i need to deliver it to a client.

Thanks
