Default Trying to share a .swf file to other sites

I have a .swf file that i want others to be able to embed on there sites.

However, when i try to embed it on other sites all i get is a "movie not loaded"

I have tried to search for answers. however i am not sure what i need to know in order to search for the correct answer.

I have tried to use a crossdomain.xml file to allow all domains, and also setting the security.allowdomain to *.

but i can't get it to work.

do i need the media server for this?

please help.

the .swf file is here. http://www.leapmovie.com/quotes/quote.swf

oh., and its an AS 2 file, and saved as a flash ver 7.0 file.
