How do I draw a roto-type arrow?

Hi, I have a picture of a machine which my client wants to have arrows draw on the screen to point to different sections of the machine. But I can't figure out how to draw an arrow that draws itself, then re-use it for each part of the machine. Nor can I find one that's already been made by someone else. Any help out there? Thank you in advance.

You can use shape tweening to make an arrow draw itself in a movie clip and reposition the x and y and rotation of the movie clip to point to different parts of the machine.
