Looks really good. Nice topic. Well written. Thanks a lot.

Pages 3 and 4 had some issues with the code highlighting. The code itself had HTML formatting so the highlighter was going a bit crazy. The best way to get around that is to copy and paste code into Notepad, then paste it back.

Somehow the HTML remained after I copied and pasted the code from Notepad. I had to manually fix it in the article editor.
I've attached the source file.

I don't think there is a file attached to it, is there??? Can somebody double check it??? Thanks...

No you're right. The attachment was there when I viewed the article in pending mode and I could download it, but it isn't now. Could it be that when changing status the attachment was lost? even though that was unlikely...

WEIRD!!!

I see the file attached to the article, but it wasn't showing up in the live server... I just approved it again and it shows up now...
