Default flv player, 'skip' before flv buffered

Hi,
I'm have made a flv player, everything works great, but I want to add skipping functionality, so user can click in a random spot on the slider and it will auto skip to that part and start buffering from there. Is there a function or something for NetStream object, so I can make it skip to any second I want if it's not buffered?

Is there a free flv player that has this functionality? (I still have to add bunch of more features to mine). Thanks!
