k, ive seen a lot worse but... You seem to have a good grasp of flash, and you seem to love motion tweening. Personally, i wouldn't want you to build me a website based upon your site, purley for a few things that could be easily corrected.
Firstly: please please please, use the orriginal immage size when you import rastas/compressed images in to flash, when you stretch a bitmap in flash it just pixaletes it, and makes what is a cool logo look ****e.
The text is very mis-mashed, you need to deside on a style and face and stick to it.
I'm not trying to put you off, you look like you have a lot of potential, and this is only my opinion (so don't take it to much to heart), but i'd have a look at some design resorses, and just look round at other peoples sites.
