Default ink splatting effect

Hello friends,

I wish to create a ink splating effect . I got this link .
If any can help me to find how this works?
Will provide any tutorial related to this

Just create several different ink spot symbols. When the mouse is clicked - instantiate a random one, and tween it's size from 0 to a random one.

This effect looks like it's done like that.

To have random colors - create random colored ink spot symbols. If you want more randomness - play with color matrix of an instance.

I think it also have a speed element.
It uses the mouse speed also..
How it's done?
