can i use open source for a costumer

I saw in your sources a fla which contains cool vids of dancing women,....

i need it for a costumer...for an intro..

can i use this fla for a intro or not?
is there any problem when i do this?

I would ask the author of the movie the question. That's what I did. Check out my website.

If you were asking to use code the answer would probably be Yes but with something like the dancing women you must ask the permision of the author before you duplicate their work commercially.
