Default Should I use clustering?

At any point in time, these are the things my server is going to be handling:
stream live video from around 30 sources (cameras);
stream live audio from 10 sources (mics);
host 30-40 shared objects with 10-15 users connected to each;
handle up to 1000 connected clients.

Should I use clustering or will one server be enough for this job?

They don't say how large an application needs to be in order to justify clustering.
