help with flash/html/css

i want to make something like these two

where you can tear off the page and put pictures animations,videos and music e.t.c.

i am making a magazine and also a coloring book to put on my site
i just dont understand how you can make those in flash or whatever you need to i know you can download programs for it but i don't want the pages to look like those exactly but what i'd like to do if know how it may use action script also but im not so sure i never made one of these..
usually I'm strictly html css and maybe sometimes java script.

Before you reply to me don't say download the programs because i don't want the pages to be square or rectangle like that.

Well, if you want to make a flash application like that, you have to download adobe flash, or an other editor where you can work with actionscript. But I have to warn you; making such an application yourself takes alot of time, and requires experience with actionscript.

You can also just use some free flash applications like you linked to, but your pages will be rectangle indeed (perhaps use some trasparency?)

And if you don't want rectangle pages, what kind of pages do you want?
Or do you just want to make a whole flash website?

i just want a tutorial or a guide i have used adobe flash before but not without a guide or something i do want it square but i want the ends to be curved so its not actually a square at all and i don't mind if the whole page of my website is flash i just want to get this one thing done so i can already put the pages i've already done up.
