output window buffer/number of lines help

I have used flash to generate a bunch of data which is traced into the output window. The problem is that there is so much data that the first part of the data gets cut off by the time it is finished.

Is there any way to increase the number of lines the output window can hold before losing lines from the top?

there's a setting to output all trace into a text file where all the data will be available. I don't remember where it is, maybe in the publish section of Flash.
