Is it possible to change the icon for a Flash EXE in Windows Vista?

I need to change a Flash exe icon. I've tried "Icon Changer" but for some reason it doesn't work on my system. I'm using Windows Vista. Does anyone know of way to change it? In Vista, there's no option to change the icon if I right click on the file.

If you make a shortcut you can change the icon (using the right click->properties menu, just confirmed it in Vista) but changing the .exe directly I don't know about.

Thanks. The short-cut option won't work for me on this one because the exe is being distributed to 1000s of employees to use. I'm still searching but haven't found any solutions yet - urg!!

I posted this question on another section of this site, but didn't get any suggestions that solve this. I have a Flash EXE that I need to change the icon. In Windows Vista there's no option to change the icon and when I use a program like "IconChanger" the EXE no longer works.

Has anyone successfully changed a Flash EXE icon while using Windows Vista?

Try using a tool like Resource Hacker or eXeScope for that...
