Is it possible to test parts of a Flash file

I have a number of movie clips I call on during different times on the main timeline. As I develop these different movie clips I was wondering if it is possible to test/preview them individually without having to play through the whole timeline to get to them. This would be especially helpfull for movie clips that don't appear until the very end.

I'm not sure but Test Scene might work.
