How do they do this? :)
How is this done?
Is it a secret formula made by Andy Foulds, or does anyone know how to do it?
It was cool that you could upload your own picture, center/resize/etc and then drag it..
But how is it done?
Never mind the politics, I'm just interested in the actionscript!

You duplicate your pictures a certain number of times, and you apply a mask to it (a circle centered on the middle of the head). Each mask gets bigger and bigger. Add a little bit of easing and you're there.
