FLV video streaming server

Hi..
I would like to implement a dynamic video library in my website.
All my videos would be in flv format.
I want to make it by flash player flv video streaming using server.
Please suggest me any secured flv streaming server which can connect with flash player.
I have gone through couple of servers which doing the same. they are
wowza and Red5.
I appreciate if anybody gives the feedback about these servers.

It would be great if i get to know a secure server with low cost
