Embedding Media Players

I saw a really cool site the other day that embedded a media player direcly into a swf. Anyone know how they did this?

So far as I know it's not possible. Sure they didn't use a frame set and have one frame containing media and surrounding frames/tables containing Flash?

I've looked into this for a multimedia project and I agree with Jesse. We also used frames and embedded the player in a separate window.
