pre-loader text working??

thnx.. the problem is solved

i am not seeing the dynamic text pre-loader (pre--loader is working) my dynamic text doesn't show up how much is loaded

url deleted!!

Also check 'bridge' in the list-box - other files are not yet ready.




my code is

//for loading from _root
total_bytes = _root.holder.getBytesTotal();
loaded_bytes = _root.holder.getBytesLoaded();
remaining_bytes = total_bytes - loaded_bytes;
percent_done = int((loaded_bytes/total_bytes)*100);
_root.holder.bar.gotoAndStop(percent_done);
if(loaded_bytes>=total_bytes&&loaded_bytes>4){
    gotoAndPlay(5);
}

should I put percent_done code as

_root.holder.percent_done

hi bluegel and subquark: thnx for your replies... it is working.. i got it working a couple of days later... Thnx for ur replies...

subquark, am not taking the NY job.. the pay was tooooo less and i felt something fishy about that small company in the 11th floor of a building. Thnx for ur wishes thro' e-mail .
thnx for working on the tutorial.. i shld be working full-time from next week on my left-overs of this project... as my visa expires and i can't work anymore...i have lots of free time to work on this. i will try to give an update soon

am also planning to work on a e-learning project for a friend in a macromedia users group (as i will be having lot of free time).
