Question Library stuck on "Merge into Code"

My projects use a common RSL Library project.

For some reason the projects Framework Linkage is inexplicably stuck on "Merge into Code"... when I try to switch it to External, it compiles and runs just fine, but the next time I open up FlexBuilder (4.01) it suddenly reverts back to "Merge" and rebuilds all bloated.

Also, when this happens, other projects which include that library sometimes lose their pointers to it and I need to reinclude the library.

Anybody know what may be going on here?

I assume this isn't an AIR or mobile project right?

If not, than it sounds like your project directory might have been corrupted. Try manually deleting the project files in the root folder and recreating.

Indeed, this is what we ended up doing... Once everything was reimported it worked fine.
