Default Action script 3.0 for elearning

Hello forum members!

Is there any actions script 3.0 resources that is specifically developed for xml -based flash based elearning course template? My boss shows me an example of elearning course, which is created in Flash. Any input will be appreciated.

I need to learn AS 3.0 to create some elearning courses and taught myself after I saw the example that my boss shared. Yet, it is still a long way to go. What is the best way to learn? Could you let me know?

From my experience working in eLearning the two things you will need to focus on is being able to load files via XML and also how you will be communicating with an LMS. There are plenty of examples here on how to load files from XML and as for the LMS, look into working with ExternalInterface.
