php, asp or cgi mail form

hello ppl, as you can see this is my first post. im an intermediate flash developer but am new to scripts.

I'm making a a small mail form, with only "your email" input text field and a "message" input field. The form should send message to only one e-mail address which is pre-defined.

I'm looking for a good way to send this message but Im sick and tired of using the post method. where can i find, if possible, a good tutorial concerning php, asp or cgi OR a good scripts itself for this ultra super duper mail form???
