hyperlinking and sound inserting

I have been having problems adding in URLS to create a hyperlink. How is it possible to have a link in the flash movie. PLease do help me.

Another thingy is that, what are the steps to add sound on the timeframe. I have already imported the .mp3 file in the library but i could not figure how to insert it in the frames.

Select your frame, Ctrl L to bring up library, drag and drop the sound on to the stage... it's that easy.

To create a link you create button Ctrl F8 and then put a copy on the stage and right click and go to Actions. Then you enter these actions:

on (release) {
getURL ("www.yoursite.com")
}
