Coder for RPG Project

Hi, I'm beginning an RPG project, but I'm not a coder. I have art and ideas, and some will be interested to know that specifically it is a Mr. Men RPG. (Yes, I did say Mr. Men, as in the little kid's show.)

The idea is to have the player explore the world, while encountering different NPCs who provide quests and storylines, which in turn provide the player with items and experience, and help complete more quests and access more areas. Pretty standard stuff.
