Question distributing swc.jar

Iv looked around online for the license of swc.jar but i am struggling to find whether i would be allowed to package this with my application legally. Does anyone know the license swc.jar or in general the flex sdk is under and whether i would be allowed to package this with my own software that is proprietary?

I'm not sure, but I don't think you can do that.
The Adobe Flex SDK license is here:

I couldn't find swc.jar anywhere. Did you mean swcdepends.jar? I think you should be ok with this under the new Apache license. You may want to double check with someone on the mailing list to make sure though. I know there was a lot of talk early on about the licensing of various portions not covered by the donation, but I can't remember what we finally decided on.
