Flash Developer Needed

Hi .. I am seeking a flash guru to assist in a potential future project for a client. The client wants a site similar to http://www.printsmadeeasy.com (in particular the custom mug layout - size of canvas may vary)

I am a PHP/MySQL programmer and can handle the database of template layouts as well as the ecommerce portion of the site, however I need some assistance in developing the flash template that will allow the customer some creative control over their layout.

Ultimatley, I am currently envisioning passing a text file (or some type of config file) to the flash component that will load up the various page elements and provide the interface for the customer to modify the document layout. Afterwards, the flash component will pass back the changes to the php script for final processing (high res rendering) and checkout.
