Default URL Encoded String

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to pass a url encoded string using the FScommand?

Right now i'm passing variables like so:

fscommand("Name", userName);

A VB program is getting the fscommand and processing the info.

Is there any other way to pass url encoded strings into a VB program that is hosting the flash swf movie that I made?

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
