Default data grid versus data connection kit

can anybody explain me an advantage of data connection kit
over data grid, is it realy better? there is no test version of firefly so u can not test it.

i mean does anybody used the data grid and than chaned to
firefly?is this connector-resolver stuff that usefull? is it worth 299$

I don't know about the DCK, but it seems like a datagrid is something to easily create yourself. I made one here, and it uses amfphp to supply data, actually it can use wddx, amf, aml, or anything that can get recordsets to flash.

Default datagrid- wich column clicked?

hi Freddy, thanks for that,
just one thing, i had a problem with dck-grid, that wihtout using setEditable

var sCell=grid_dg.getSelectedCell();//needs Editable

wont work and i dont know how else to find out which column was clicked, couse i dont wont to edit it, just to link somewhere else.

thankfull for any ideas, nermin
