SerializerClass - Sephiroth.it 's simple remoting?

Hi again forum peeps, I have recently been looking into flash remoting using free technology (php, mysql) trouble is there is not much in regards to clear definitive refrenece material.

I have found the AMFPHP project and the GHOSTWIRE PHPObject project, but these seem extremely involved and are confusing me somewhat, I have also found this method called SerializerClass at sephiroth's home page www.sephiroth.it, trouble is I can't figure this out either, I have managed to call data from php into flash from within flash but haven't quite figured out how to send data from flash to php from within flash, can someone explain any of this to me?
