To achieve the results that you are attempting to accomplish you would need some knowledge of Server Side Scripting and FCS with a file that size. The problem in short is not in your preloader nor AS, it is in the cache. I viewed your on-line resume, very nice. Don't forget the purpose of your on-line resume.
