I have tried to make a character selection screen. I am doing this by using tell target. I can get the instance of the spaceship next to the buttons to go to another one of its frames such as frame 2, but when it enters the game it stays at the default frame 1. please help

Ummm... I can only guess as to what's going wrong here, comrade. In order to diagnose the problem yer gonna hafta post some code for us to gnaw on. Be descriptive. How is your "character selection" set up? What objects are on stage? What are they composed of? What code is in the on-press? For the love of GAWD, talk to me, man!

(sorry, hyped on caffeine and sugar today)
