Question Passing HTML form data into Flash

I've built a "yes/no" questionnaire as an HTML form, and I would like to take the values (answers) given in the questionnaire, and plot them in a graph (once the form has been submitted).

I'd like to use Flash for the graph, but I'm very new to ActionScript and Flash, so, is this kind of thing even possible?

I'm using Flash MX and ColdFusion 5.0, and whilst I'm aware of the <cfgraph...> tag, I'd much rather use Flash for a multitude of reasons.

If it is possible to pass submitted HTML form data into Flash, I'd really appreciate some tutorial URLs, as I have no clue what the correct term for this process would be (in Flash).

Thanks in advance.
