Awesome. I really like it.
Nice intro, although the final sound when the AP comes up is kind loud. Good music, so long as it doesn't play for too long coz then it gets anoying

Preload time was good on all sections. maybe 5 seconds for intro and 3 for each segment.
Nice central navigation and interesting zoom-in on building effect.

Suggestions include:
Dump the decimal places in the preloader, it look s abit dumb having loaded 65.84834642492378462374329 Kb

See if you can't make the final AP sound a bit quietter and clearer.
Every time I click a section the nav reloads. Couldn't you perhaps just load the nav onto Level1 and then reload the content scenes underneathe it?

Nicely crafted site. Good sound and visuals. Pity about the subject matter, but that's unavoidable.
