Those are all basic descriptions that come with the Flash MX04 install.
Just open the books panel in the left of a jsfl file document and hover over each to get a tooltip description (as seen in the link). You can also get the XML of those in the First Run in the FMX04 install directory. Full documentation can be found here http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...n/flash/#jsapi when available.

Its the XML that basically defines those books (as well as code hints and coloring). You can find it at
Macromedia\Flash MX 2004\en\First Run\ActionsPanel\CustomActions\FlashJavaScript.xml where en might be different depending on language (en = english install)
