Question Xml question

Hi everybody,

simple question:

ex:
<girl name="Chuling" lastname="Sue">Bla bla bla</girl>

can i put html tag in my xml attribute and is it recommended ?

ex:
<girl name="<i>Chuling</i>" lastname="<b>Sue</b>">Bla bla bla</girl>

Not that I know of, there is a CDATA tag you can use to avoid parsing tags but you can' place that in attributes. You might try something like this:

<girl>
<firstname style="bold">Chuling</firstname>
<lastname style="italic">Sue</lastname>
<said>Bla bla bla</said>
</girl>
