RE-DESIGNED site check please

I recently re-designed it and I was hoping i could get a couple of educated opinions.

Firtsly let me say this: I have seen pepe advertising this site like there was no tomorrow and abusing my mates and being generally rude. I will not tollerate that sort of stuff on these boards. Just wanted to get that out in the open.

Regarding the site:
I like the dilz banner. That's good. The layout is pretty professional, and it does look better than the previous version. I would suggest making the links graphics (int he nav strips). I think that would look a bit better.

You still running that competition?

Pepe... yeah I know. He has some unorthodox methods of site promotion. I can see where he made a bunch of people uncomfortable and thats not cool. On the other hand I'm not gonna turn my back on him. Anyhoo he calmed down.

about the links. thats a really good idea. First I have to get through a couple of your tutorials so I could do some really dope $**t

no. no more competition. Although if anyone does want to submit anything regarding flash they are more than welcome to.
