ASU Drumline Site

I've been working on this site with a friend. It's purpose is to inform ppl about our Drumline and percussion section. I'm a coder so my design skills are really weak so plz tell me what you think, what I'm doing wrong/right.

Hey,

Impressed by the little mp3 player, complete with loading percentage - it's nice that it's accessible wherever you go on the site.

The scrollbars are nice and the site is easy to navigate.

The slot-machine style picture gallery is great - I've never seen that before

As far as the look goes, you could do with some kind of image on the first page, as it looks a little boring. Also, the graphics for the site look quite low quality - you could try lossless compression or a higher quality jpeg compression.

Finally - I would prefer the menu buttons weren't grayed out like that - they look like they're not implemented yet or something. Try having the button colour change instead of the text.
