Edit the rightclick menu?

Just wonder if you can edit the rightclick menu, i know that you can disable it an so on.. but edit it?

Some changes can be made based on your publish settings. All publish settings are visiable int he Publish Settings Inspector (Ctrl Sfit F12 in Flash).
