Default Is poor video quality due to video

Hey guys,

I'm designing my Flashcom application using the free developer edition I downloaded from Macromedia.com. I'm able to create a video chat that works but, while the video my camera is publishing looks beautiful, the live video quality really sucks. It's slow and blocky. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my settings in Flash or if it's simply a limitation imposed by the free developer edition?

In the admin console, it says my max bandwidth is: 0.25 mbps. Would this account for it or must it be some setting within my flash movie? Would you happen to know what it is I should change?
