Dreamweaver Recordset to display in Flash

Hi,

This might be simple for some ... I have been reading about variables and as far as I specify the value of the variable in the link to the movie it works fine, but here comes the trick.

I am using Dreamweaver to develp an application in ASP / VB.

I have a page with a recordset in it, the result holds one record, it has the name of the person in it.

How can I pass the field value in that recordset to flash so that flash will display the name.

The recordset name in Dreamweaver is: Employees
The field that I need to display is: Name

How can I pass the value of this field to Flash as a variable so that it displays the name using dynamic text ?

A step by step tutorial would be great but any help will be greately appreciated.
