I don't want to use setbandwidth component

hey guys,

I've put together a simple video chat application using the flashcom components, including "setbandwidth". The problem is, I want to make this as simple as possible and would like to take away the user's ability to select their connection speed. I figure everyone is going to select "LAN" anyway (it looks like crap at any other setting).

So, how can I get rid of the setbandwidth component and make the video stream at the same rate for all users? What should that rate be?
