magnifying glass effect

hi
i want to animate a text like this

the text should seem as if when it is seen with the magnifying glass and then it should come to normal .
plz. tell me how to get the magnifying glass effect and also how to reverse the text to show it as it seems when we see in mirror.

I also think that I've seen several of similar effects from the FlashKit...

Download those movies and then open it up to see what's in there and how they are organized to create the effect...
