Hey all,

Going through some of the depressing statements here... The flash design/freelance community does seem to be in tough.

My question to everyone is...knowing that the flash/design market is somewhat slow. How much would you charge to come up with 2 concept flash websites?

Keeping in mind that I need the job BUT flash designers deserve to get paid well. (if they have the talent)

Any thoughts?

This question is asked often but it's pretty variable. Of course it's based on the amount of skill you have and gong market rates where you come from. If you're talking about just conceptualizing a layout and not actaully forging it in Flash, then I'd say maybe $20USD an hour. If you're talking about making a functional site, I tend to think that set-price quotes are better...
