Default Flash for Pocket PC

Hi guys im a new mwmwber here. My forst question is , Will there be a certain standard of flash scripting that will be used specifically for users that have pocket computing?

They make Flash 6 for pocket pc, the command set is exactly the same...I'm pretty sure it's full featured.
