like that background pic of a moving flashlight ( , )
loaded very quick ...
the only " problem" is the navigation .. it goes very fast & in the beginning i didn't know HOW the stop it ... afterwards it's seem te be my low coffee-level at that time ....
i suggest that you make those small buttons a bit bigger ... but that's my vision ... i also had to look "closely" to see what's those words were when rolling over the buttons ( 1280x1024 pix screen rez overhere )

general; great stuff ! nice colors / really nice background ... love it

Nice smooth loading, and pleasing colour scheme, nice background animation, interesting without being distracting.
However those buttons are very small at high res, perhaps if you set the movie to scale in the browser window to 100% this wouldn't be such a problem. I can see how increasing the size of the buttons might upset the graph theme.
